What advice would I give to myself 10-15 years ago?
I was lucky to have been put forward by my Head of Institute to attend a seminar by Professor Sir Borysiewicz where he shared his experiences, perspectives and wisdom on what it takes to achieve success in becoming a world-renowned research leader. This was part of a Masterclass for future research leaders organised by the College of Medical, Veterinary & Life Sciences, University of Glasgow.
