The JUNO projecthttp://www.iop.org/policy/diversity/initiatives/juno/index.html

The JUNO project developed 5 principles (I only managed to capture 1) more here:

More on the thematic of gender/race/... bias:
RCUK announced will be developing training for peer reviewers etc.: http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/media/news/151123/

Royal Society have also developed an animation about it: http://blogs.royalsociety.org/in-verba/2015/11/17/implicit-and-unconscious-the-bias-in-us-all/

There is a prize by the RSoc if you or a team 'get it right': https://royalsociety.org/news/2015/11/new-athena-prize-diversity-award/

The Implicit Bias tests that June referred to are available here:

More about
WiRN: This is a network for female researchers (at all grades) across the colleges of Medical Veterinary and Life Sciences and Science and Engineering and is funded by the University Chancellors fund along with contributions from all Schools and Institutes in the two colleges.

These meetings includes a guest speaker who is a successful researcher and also a champion of women in STEMM who will discuss their own career challenges, as well as the wider gender equality issues. There will also be a discussion session which will cover a number of issues that affect us all (such as moving around for jobs or fellowship applications).
